2 cars stuck in the impound

both of my cars are stuck in the impound and the police said they can't take them out I needed make a report so I can get some help with them.

they put a time on there but the time is 3 months old

Alright, I suggest you put in a refund request in the Refund Request section. Make sure you provide information and screenshots on both specified vehicles and the price you paid for them.
