You will need to connect your Discord account to your forums account by going through this link: Connected Accounts. Once you’ve done that, the system should automatically sync and assign you the appropriate roles in Discord without any further action required on your end. This process ensures everything is linked properly between your forum profile and your Discord account, making it easier for us to verify and manage roles. If for some reason the roles don’t appear right away, give it a little time to update, and if it still doesn’t work, let us know so we can look into it further.
You should try to do this on your PC and let me know the exact message that comes up, as this same issue happened to me when my account got locked from too many login attempts once you try, please send me a screenshot so I can review it and do my best to resolve the problem from there.
