All community members are expected to act with respect and professionalism when interacting out of character (OOC). Discriminatory, abusive, or disrespectful behavior is strictly prohibited, this includes interactions with both players and staff.
- Respect all staff members and be patient; they may be managing multiple tasks.
- You must remain in character (IC) at all times. A player breaking rules does not justify you doing the same.
- Roleplay scenes must not be stalled, voided, or disrupted unless authorized by an administrator.
- Leaving the server during an active roleplay scenario is not permitted.
- If a player attempts to disrupt your roleplay, you may ignore them and report the issue.
- Players are required to respond to administrative messages. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.
- Administrator instructions must be followed at all times, even if not explicitly stated in the rules.
- Bugs must be reported immediately. Exploiting bugs will result in a permanent ban.
- All players are required to report rule violations.
Examples of Violations:
- Using OOC chat or platforms (Discord, forums, etc.) to insult or harass others
- Ignoring admin messages or decisions
- Being AFK during active RP scenes
- Failing to roleplay a vehicle crash (unless caused by desync and approved for void)
- Leaving the server before an RP situation concludes
- Using OOC knowledge to gain an IC advantage
Clip Submission Requirements:
- Only full, unedited 2-minute clips will be accepted (must include audio).
- Accepted recording tools: AMD Adrenalin, Nvidia GeForce. (OBS, Gamebar, etc. are not accepted).
- Cropped or incomplete clips will be rejected.
Metagaming is the use of OOC information to influence in-character decisions. Communicating through third-party programs (Discord, Skype, etc.) to coordinate in-game actions is strictly prohibited.
Examples:
- Acting on information learned through Twitch chat
- Calling for help via Discord while in-game
- Stream-sniping another player
Powergaming involves unrealistic or unfair roleplay that denies others the chance to respond appropriately.
Examples:
- Giving commands or organizing while incapacitated
- Fighting or sprinting immediately after being revived
- Roleplaying possession of an item not in your inventory
- Taking items from a vehicle without proper RP
- Scrolling large weapons without roleplay
Killing or attacking another player without proper in-character justification is forbidden. Revenge killing and terrorism are also not allowed.
Examples:
- Returning after death to kill your attacker
- Using deadly force over minor provocations
- Killing someone for reporting you to police
- Attacking law enforcement without active threat or strong justification
Robbery and scams must always be conducted in-character and within the limitations outlined below:
Rules:
- Players must be skilled enough to rob or scam.
- Forcing ATM withdrawals or property/vehicle sales is prohibited.
- Max scam value: $30,000.
- Vehicle/property scamming is not allowed.
- Robbing PD/FD items is not allowed.
- Robberies using luxury/high-end vehicles are not allowed.
- Chain robberies (more than 2 per hour) are prohibited.
- Robbery must have intent (e.g., ordering hands up just to kill is not allowed).
- Officers (ranks 1–3) may accept bribes for non-violent crimes only (limit: 3 per week).
- Killing during a robbery is only allowed if provoked.
Naming & Character Rules:
- No real names, troll names, celebrity names, or names containing offensive content.
- Characters must be 16+ years old.
- Avoid related names or continuing previous character identities.
Character Appearance:
- Must be realistic and appropriate.
- Obstructing facial features requires in-character justification.
- Admins may require you to adjust unrealistic or immersion-breaking appearances.
Examples of Violations:
- Using an alien or glitched character model
- Wearing job-specific gear without being in that job
Using or abusing GTA V’s built-in physics in unrealistic ways is not allowed.
Examples:
- Bunnyhopping to move faster
- Spam punching without giving time for reaction
- Combat rolling during shootouts
- Swimming endlessly without roleplay
- Drive-by shooting from the driver’s seat
- Spawning job vehicles to evade police
- Unrealistic driving (e.g., excessive stunt jumping)
Using third-party software or modifications that provide an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden.
Prohibited Actions:
- Use of any crosshair overlays (monitor-based or software)
- Modifying field of view (e.g., widescreen fix)
- Using macros, auto-hotkeys, or bind systems to gain an RP advantage
Safe zones are areas where crimes cannot be initiated. If RP begins outside and continues into a safe zone, the RP may proceed.
Safe Zones Include:
- Spawn areas (airports, train stations)
- All government buildings (PD, FD, City Hall)
- Penitentiary
- Character creation/interior zones
- Banks (unless during approved heists)
- Ammunation stores
- Dealerships and mechanic shops
- Churches and impound lots
If you die and respawn at the hospital, your character forgets the events leading up to their death. You may not return to the scene for 15 minutes or attempt to retrieve lost items.
Conditions:
- Applies only if you can afford hospital fees and are revived in time.
- If you can’t afford it, your character is considered wiped.
- Other characters cannot seek revenge for actions against wiped characters.
Players must act as if their character has only one life. Reckless or suicidal behavior is not acceptable.
Examples:
- Failing to comply when a weapon is pointed at you
- Ignoring threats to your life or others
- Reckless driving resulting in death
- Seeking revenge instead of filing a report
Obscene RP must be consensual by all parties and kept private. If a participant opts out, the RP is voided immediately.
Requires OOC Consent (in local chat):
- Sexual/exotic RP
- Dismemberment or torture
- Graphic gore
Prohibited Regardless of Consent:
- Rape or non-consensual acts
- Pedophilia
- Any erotic RP involving minors
Trading in-game assets for real-world currency is strictly forbidden.
Examples:
- Buying/selling in-game property for real money
- Offering real-world payment for items or vehicles
Damaging or altering player property for unfair advantages is not allowed.
Rules:
- Property destruction requires admin supervision.
- Do not expand interiors outside of intended boundaries.
- Avoid placing furniture to block access to safes or rooms.
- Secret or hidden rooms via map glitches are prohibited.
