I got CK'd Last night and inquiring about my dono car

Since I got ck'd last night i was wondering if i was able to keep my Dono car on my new soul.  I know some cities have rules on that I didn't see it when i checked so that's why I came to the logs.

After your character being CKed you are allowed your dono car one more time on another character.
